Day 2 · How Adults Learn
Kolb, Bloom, Gagne, and the forgetting curve.
Day 3 · Program Architecture
4MAT, ADDIE, and a hands-on design lab.
Day 4 · Training Dynamics
Room environment, group dynamics, and live facilitation practice.
Day 5 · The Trainer's Presence
NLP for the platform, AI tools for trainers, and storytelling.
Day 6 · Delivery & Certification
Deliver your signature program, get evaluated, and leave with a continuous development plan.
