I've spent twenty years learning what actually changes a person.

And the answer surprised me.

For most of my career I worked inside the rooms where Pakistan's largest organisations — Unilever, P&G, Philip Morris, HBL, the State Bank — train their people. Two decades. More than twenty-five thousand individuals. Fortune 500 rooms across three continents.

And the thing I kept noticing was this: most of what passes for coaching doesn't actually work. It changes what people do for a few weeks, then they drift back. Because it works at the level of behaviour, and behaviour is not where a person actually lives.

A person lives at the level of identity — who they believe they are. Change that, and the behaviour follows on its own and stays changed. That insight became the spine of everything I now teach.

In 2019 I formalised that work into COPE — the Center of Personal Excellence — to take what I'd spent fifteen years developing in corporate rooms and put it in the hands of the people who needed it most: the coaches, counselors, and quiet helpers who feel the call to change lives but were never given a real method.

That method is CCH+: coaching, counseling, and hypnosis, integrated, and grounded in something older than any of them — 1,400 years of wisdom about what a human being actually is, and what it takes to heal and grow.

    Two decades inside Fortune 500 training rooms. 25,000+ people. The methodology takes shape.

  2. 2019

    COPE is founded. The flagship CCH program launches as an immersive weekend training.

  3. 2020–21

    Adapted through COVID into a live online format, reaching a global community.

  4. 2022

    Train The Trainer launches, multiplying impact through other coaches.

  5. 2023–24

    CCHAI founded to raise standards across the field.

  6. 2025 onward

    Building toward accessible, technology-supported transformation while growing a global community of practitioners.
