Refund Policy

We want every participant to enrol with confidence and clarity.
Registration fee
A registration fee of PKR 35,000 is included in every enrolment. This fee is non-refundable in cash, but it is never lost. It is retained as a credit for you and is adjustable in full toward any future COPE program you enrol in, with no expiry.
Before a program begins
If you withdraw in writing more than 7 days before your cohort's start date, you are entitled to a refund of fees paid, less the PKR 35,000 registration fee, which is retained as a credit toward any future program for you. Withdrawals within 7 days of the start date are not eligible for a cash refund of the remaining balance, as your place is held and materials are prepared; your PKR 35,000 registration credit still stands.
After a program begins
Once a cohort has begun and program access has been provided, fees are non-refundable. This reflects the live, cohort-based nature of the training.
Instalment plans
Agreeing to an instalment plan is a commitment to the full program fee. The full balance remains due per your enrolment agreement regardless of attendance.
Transfers
If your circumstances change, contact us, we will, at our discretion, consider transferring your enrolment to a future cohort.
