These terms govern your use of sadeedmirza.com and enrolment in programs offered by COPE — Center of Personal Excellence.
Enrolment
A place in a program is confirmed only when (a) a signed enrolment agreement is completed and (b) the required payment (or first instalment) is received. Submitting an application or expression of interest does not reserve a place.
Fees and payment
Program fees are as published on the Programs page. Where an instalment plan is agreed, it is set out in your enrolment agreement and is binding. Published fees are the fees that apply; we do not offer discretionary discounts.
Fee credit
Where stated, fees paid at a lighter entry point are credited toward a higher program if you choose to continue, on the terms published for that program.
Intellectual property
All course materials, frameworks (including CCH+ and HEART), recordings, and content are the property of COPE and are provided for your personal learning only. They may not be reproduced, redistributed, or used to deliver training to others except under a separate written licence.
Conduct
We may remove a participant from a program, without refund, for conduct that disrupts the learning environment or breaches the enrolment agreement.
Certification
Certifications are awarded on completion of the stated requirements. Enrolment does not guarantee certification independent of those requirements.
Limitation
Our programs are professional development. We make no guarantee of specific income, client, or career outcomes.
