CCH+ Program, Terms of Enrolment
1. Your enrolment. By registering, you're enrolling in the program you've selected. Your place is confirmed once we receive your payment (or first installment) and confirm it with you.
2. What's included.
- CCH Associate (3 weeks): live sessions, Associate certifications (Associate NLP Practitioner – ABNLP + Associate Life Coach), digital resources (no physical kit).
- CCH+ Mastery Suite (10 weeks): full CCH+ certification (AFC, ABNLP, CCHAI, PBHI), mentorship/supervision, community access, and a physical materials kit.
- CCH+ Mastery Suite + NLP (12 weeks): everything in the 10-week, plus ABNLP NLP Practitioner & Master Practitioner certifications, and a physical materials kit.
International shipping for physical kits is at participant cost. Digital-only programs have no shipping.
3. Payment. Full payment is due before the program begins unless otherwise agreed in writing. A deposit of 25% (post-scholarship) secures your seat; balance follows on your agreed plan. The Associate program is paid in full or 50% deposit. Installments are paid in equal amounts on agreed dates. All fees are in PKR.
4. Installment commitment. Choosing installments is a commitment to pay the full program fee across the agreed dates, whether or not you attend every session. If an installment is missed, we'll reach out. If payment isn't resolved within 7 days, access to sessions and materials may be paused until the account is current. The full remaining balance remains payable. Your CNIC is collected as part of this commitment record.
5. Scholarships / Access support. Access Scholarships reduce the fee for those with genuine need, assessed individually. A scholarship applies only to the program and cohort it's granted for. Scholarship places are still subject to these terms.
6. Withdrawal & refunds. Before the program begins, if you withdraw with reasonable notice, your payment is refunded less an administrative fee. Once the program has begun, fees are non-refundable. In exceptional circumstances we may offer a transfer to the next cohort at our discretion. Deposits are non-refundable once a seat is secured.
7. Your commitment to the work. This is serious developmental work. We commit to deliver it fully; we ask you to attend, engage, and complete the requirements to earn certification.
8. Confidentiality & NDA commitment. The program content, including materials, exercises, frameworks, case discussions, and session recordings (if any), is proprietary to COPE and shared with you in confidence. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, publish, or teach any part of it to others, in whole or in part, without written permission. What's shared by other participants in sessions (personal stories, challenges, identities) stays in the room. You agree not to record, screenshot, or share session content or participant disclosures without explicit consent from everyone involved. You also agree to keep your individual scholarship arrangements, payment plan, and any negotiated fee or installment terms strictly confidential, these are decided case by case and are not to be discussed with other participants, applicants, or third parties. Breach of this may result in removal from the program without refund and, where appropriate, legal recourse.
9. Use of your information. We hold your details (and, for installment plans, your CNIC) securely and use them only to administer your enrolment. We don't share them with third parties except as needed to deliver the program or as required by law.
10. Changes. If circumstances require a change to dates or format, we'll tell you as early as we can and work with you fairly.
11. Agreement. By checking the box and typing your name, you confirm you've read and agree to these terms.
